The appearance inspection machine takes photos of the printed circuit board step by step using an upper camera and automatically determines whether the board is OK or NG based on pre-programmed "thresholds." The main inspection items it evaluates include: - Components - Polarity - Open circuits - Shorts (bridges) Our company's AOI is equipped with a diagonal camera, which makes it easier to detect issues compared to standard AOIs that only have an upper camera, thereby contributing to improved quality.
